STORE POLICY

 

BUSINESS HOURS:
Monday To Friday 10am-4pm
[The Fab Way is closed on the weekend and some holidays.]

PROCESSING:
General Processing 5-7 business days maximum, this time can be shorter based on order volume and inventory. After processing your order will then SHIP. 

Holiday & Sale Processing TO BE ANNOUNCED. this mean time can be extended or shorter based on inventory and order volume. 

PRESHIPMENT:
Preshipment is when your order is packed and ready for ups pick up. During preshipment you will be sent your tracking number. 

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via a secured shipping method. Shipping time frame is 1-3 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Tracking information will be sent via email along with order updates. Order confirmations get sent out within 48 hours of your submitted order ( weekends not included ) .



ALL ORDERS OVER $500 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We issue full gift cards in the amount of your order purchase for any issues. 

Can I return my order? 
No. We don’t not offer any exchanges once your order is shipped out. Due to Covid restrictions all sales are final. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS: All wholesale orders will process and ship within 14-20 business days. Your order must be paid in full before shipment.  

 

HAIR DAMAGE:
Once the hair is out of the package and played with in anyway any damages that are done by you or the stylist is out of our control! We are not responsible for any damages. Please feel free to ask any questions on proper hair care. 

 

CUSTOM COLOR: We advise all customers to find a licensed professional to color your extensions.

COVID-19 UPDATES:
shipping times are subject to change which is out of our control. Any issues with your order once it has shipped , we ask that you contact your mail carrier with any issues. We highly recommend waiting to make any hair appointments until your hair is in your possession.
